Rock Scarlet will be playing Cresfest at a bout 9:00 PM this Saturday, august 22nd. The entertainment starts at about 4:00 and includes other bands, comedians, belly dancers and fire dancers. Woo-hoo!
This year there has been a change – there’s an age limit of over 21. They’ve also created a new stage that I’ve been told is an amphitheater. If there’s time this week I may stop by and see it.

As many of you know, we’ve been working with a fill-in drummer, but as of now it appears that Richie will be doing this show with us, so it’ll be the original RS lineup for two rockin’ sets. Other news – Brian and I met with the artist who’s creating the new Psychanaut logo – his work is quite inspired! Psychanaut will be recording new songs as well as performing many of those now performed with Rock Scarlet – but in a more dynamic way. This project may take a while to manifest, but it comes from my desire to present our lyrics in a more varied, artistic way. We’ll rock, without a doubt, 🙂 but we’ll also use more textures and more variety. More as this develops…
